Japan 3 – TOKYO: 2013/09/23

Bayaraa and I got up early in the morning and rode our bikes to Kanayama Station to enter the capital city of Tokyo. We had breakfast on the way and bought something to eat and drink from the train station. We left our bikes outside the station and bought a ticket for 160 yen. How could we have known that we had a long way to go? But Bayaraa had been there once before, so she probably knew. It’s not an easy task to get to Tokyo by local train, it takes over an hour to get to another train, and then change again. Bayaraa was sleep deprived, so we spent the time sleeping. We passed by Mount Fuji, which is said to melt in the summer, and it was very foggy when I was there, so we couldn’t see it. After a 7-hour ride, we arrived in Tokyo. Nagoya was already waiting for us. It was only a 2-hour ride by Shinkansen or bullet train. When we arrived in Tokyo, 442 km away, the first place we went to was the busiest area, Shibuya. Hachi took a picture at the statue of the dog. After eating, we went to Harajuku Street. From there, we went to Yokohama to visit our friend Tegshee. It was very late. We got very lost trying to find Tegshee's house. At the same time that our phone's battery ran out, a cold rain started to fall. We were very wet and cold. So, anyway, we went to a store to charge our phone. On the way, we found a power outlet outside a house. The three of us went there and tried to charge our phone. At that moment, a very rare animal appeared in front of us. So, we charged our phone and found Tegshee's house on the map. Then, we came very close to Tegshee's house and returned. The people, tired from the long journey, fell asleep.
